The American Boat & Yacht Council (ABYC) is looking for a part time membership assistant (15+ hours/week) that will interact with our members alerting them to training, educational opportunities and member benefits. Your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Respond to all inquiries (phone, email, chat and written format) regarding procedures for membership, applications, renewal billing, continuing education products/credits and meeting registration, new membership sales. Performs proactive member outreach emails and calls (follow-up service calls) and responses to written correspondence inquiries from members within established timeframes and policies and process membership applications.
