Position Summary The Education & Accreditation Programs Coordinator supports education programs, the Marine Trades Accreditation Program (MTAP), and organization-wide marketing efforts. This role is responsible for certification and accreditation fulfillment, database accuracy, content updates, and marketing communications execution. Key Responsibilities Education Operations Compile, package, and mail certification materials Send certification expiration notices and manage related communications Track, inventory, and reorder certification materials Answer and route calls on the education phone line Maintain and update education-related database records
