About the role: As the highest escalation level of technical support within the Technical Service team, and reporting to the Technical Service Director, this role supports Navico’s Professional and Recreational customers. Primarily the person will be responsible for dealer support, escalation support, technical sales support on commercial and recreational products. Along with other System Specialists globally this person will provide feedback on field issues to the Research and Development teams and liaise with the Product Management team on customer requirements.  Based in Ft Lauderdale, FL or Tulsa, OK. Scope: Technical Service and Support for Navico’s professional and recreational products and customers
